Incorrect Goods

If we sent you something you hadn't ordered and which was not an agreed substitute item, return it within 28 working days unused and in its original packaging and we will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible, with, of course, no additional delivery cost.

Damaged In Transit

Please notify us by email as soon as possible if your purchase is damaged in transit. You can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your PayPal Transaction Code and return the item in its original packaging.

Consumers Only – Cancellation

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you can return anything you're not happy with within 7 days of receiving it provided it has not been used.

To cancel an order, please email us, using the link above, with details of the order you are cancelling and the PayPal Transaction Code.

We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.

To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation.

If the item has been damaged, used, or is not returned in its original packaging witin 28 days of purchase, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Business purchasers have no right to cancel orders under this clause.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you vae ordered; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error or change in the pricing information. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by letter and we re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible.
